  • How many years of experience do you have?

    Here at Haven Services: Electrical & Plumbing, we're a electrical and plumbing services company with over 60 years of combined experience.

  • When was your business founded?

    Our Electrical and Plumbing company was founded in 2024.  

  • Are you family and locally owned?

    We are very proud to be family and locally owned and operated. 

  • Do we offer Veteran and other discounts?

    Yes, we offer Veteran, Senior and First Responder discounts. 

  • If I call after normal business hours, will I be able to speak to someone?

    Yes, we answer the phone, even after hours. 

  • Do you offer Financing?

    Yes, we offer financing.

  • How long to you warranty your work?

    We warranty our installs for a year, after that we offer a discount on our work. 

  • Are estimates free?

    For the most part they are. 

  • Can I get an estimate without a tech coming to my house?

    Yes, we offer free Virtual estimates, we can do Google Duo or FaceTime. 

  • Can I text, instead of calling?

    Absolutely, our text line is:  (317) 512-9363, during normal business hours. 

  • Does Haven offer HVAC?

  • What training do your Tech's receive?

    All our techs attend an accredited apprenticeship and are supervised by our Master Electrician and Master Plumber. 

  • Do Haven Tech's go through a background check and drug screen?

    Yes, our Techs are checked yearly. 

  • Why should I choose Haven?

    To many reasons to count, but just know, we are family and we treat our customers as if they are family.  

  • How much Continuing Education do your Tech's receive?

    Each tech is required to attend 40 hours of yearly continuing education in their respective fields, even the old timer's.
